Nutritional Cooking Workshop for Elderly to Prevent Osteoporosis
In collaboration with Caring Engaging Smart, Housing Society, talks and workshops were organised for residents of Kwun Lung Lau to promote bone health and healthy eating principles. Elderly participants were guided in preparing calcium-rich dishes and were taken on a supermarket tour to learn how to select high-calcium foods. Additionally, a seminar on understanding nutrition labels was held to help seniors identify nutritional information and make informed food choices.
